Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support validation and introduction of new equipment and manufacturing processes in a dynamic, global tech environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing, process engineering or semiconductor environments, and a Diploma in Engineering. You will rotate day/night shifts with a 4-day work week after training, and work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure quality and targets are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing, process engineering, engineering support or semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Strong process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to process validation or equipment validation is an advantage.
• Comfortable with technical documentation and process records.
• Willing to work rotating day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support validation and introduction of new equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot process issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimisation activities.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment against operational requirements.
• Fabricate, modify and maintain basic jigs and fixtures used in production.
• Participate in cross-functional engineering and improvement projects.
• Maintain process documentation, technical records and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve issues and meet targets.
