Job summary

Qualifications

• 12-hour rotating shift experience preferred.
• Able to work collaboratively with engineers and QA teams.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving using basic SPC/statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support wafer production and ensure process integrity.
• Assist Engineers in qualification and fine-tuning of production processes.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime and lot holds.
• Monitor and improve the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists to ensure efficient work and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects and QA audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the production area.
