Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to drive cost‑effective, low‑risk manufacturing/assembly steps from raw material to final product under the Product Quality Plan. You will plan and optimize assembly activities to meet on‑time delivery while transferring projects from customers to VDL for new product development.

With 2+ years in semiconductor process engineering, you will analyze feasibility, define facility needs, manage technical changes, and implement process improvements to

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical or Precision Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a process engineer in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical workmanship
• Experience in working in cleanroom will be an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.

• Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure smooth production
