Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking aProduction/Manufacturing Engineer to oversee production scheduling and manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. The role focuses on optimizing process parameters, reducing cycle times, and driving continuous improvement across the plant located at Joo Koon / Lok Yang.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, plus relevant manufacturing experience and knowledge of root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling and manufacturing operations.
• Optimize process parameters to improve quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot process, material, output, and quality issues.
• Implement improvements to reduce cycle time and manufacturing costs.
• Maintain work instructions, drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
• Support automation, tooling, fixture, and productivity improvement projects.
• Train production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency.

Job description

• Basic Salary: $4,000 - $4,500
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:45am - 4:45pm
• Location: Joo Koon / Lok Yang
