Job summary

ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. invites applications for the 2027 Campus Hire Program as a Process Engineer in Singapore.

The role offers early responsibility in process engineering, working within a technical team on operations support, optimization, safety initiatives and reliability improvements. Positions may begin in the Chemical Plant or the Refinery. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and analytical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multitasking ability
Knowledge of process modeling software and hydraulic calculations
Familiarity with HMB, PFD/P&IDs and process equipment design specs
Good knowledge of industry standards and safety practices

Responsibilities

Provide process engineering support for operations
Offer technical advice to daily operational issues
Perform unit optimization and debottlenecking studies
Lead or participate in safety initiatives including risk assessments and HAZOP reviews
Support reliability improvements and equipment strategy development
Analyze complex technical issues and propose strategies for resolution
Develop and execute margin improvement ideas/projects
Roles may start in Chemical Plant or Refinery
