Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineer (Operations) for our Tuas site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 2 years of process-industry experience. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, improving productivity, and managing safety and compliance under standard operating procedures. Candidates will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a basic salary of SGD 3,800 to 4,300 and a transport allowance of SGD 120 if the candidate

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of process industry experience.
Strong knowledge of process-related standards and safety management.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate existing processes and interpret data, including SCADA operations.
Perform risk assessments.
Design and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes.
Determine organization and setup of operations.
Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues in processes and operations.
Develop best practices to improve throughput and output quality.
Manage cost and time constraints.
Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
Involve in PSM and Hazop studies.
Plan and execute plant shutdowns as needed.
