Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineer (Operations) based in Tuas. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a basic salary of SGD 3,800 to SGD 4,300. You will analyze processes, drive improvements, ensure safety, and oversee plant operations and shutdowns.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and at least 2 years in process industries, with hands-on SCADA knowledge and strong data interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of process industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of process-related standards, process improvement and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes, measure and interpret data incl. SCADA operations.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Design and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes.
• Determine organization and setup of operations.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Investigate and troubleshoot process issues.
• Develop best practices to improve throughput and quality.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Involve and perform PSM and Hazop study.
• Plan and execute plant shutdowns as turnkey manager.
• Undertake any other assignment by Management.
