Job summary

RMA Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Process Design Engineer to lead design, optimization and NPI for Singapore factory production lines. You will drive process design, SOP development and line setup, coordinating with the China team to ensure smooth product introductions and high efficiency.

You will liaise with local suppliers, implement FMEA-driven improvements, and train the production team to enhance technical capabilities and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in process/electrical design for data centre power distribution.
• Experience with low-voltage switchgear and bus duct design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with UL and IEC standards; UL certification project experience is a plus.
• Mandarin fluency to communicate with China team and clients.
• Proficient in English for handling technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design, SOP development and production line setup.
• Collaborate with China team on NPI to ensure smooth introduction of new products.
• Act as technical liaison with local suppliers and drive process improvements (FMEA).
• Train production team and enhance technical capabilities.
