Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer (Lithography) to support development and optimization of photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing. You will analyze data and implement improvements while monitoring process quality and yield across production lines.

Collaborating with R&D, production and quality assurance, you will troubleshoot issues, maintain SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Understanding the basics of photolithography principle and semiconductor process.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and statical process control.
  • Hand of experience with photolithography equipment (Track or Exposure tool)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Work independently and able to do multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and optimization of photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Analyze data to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and control photolithography processes to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of process parameters, experiments, and results.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the engineering team.
  • Update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of photolithography processes.
  • Collaborate with the EES maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment-related issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Provide support to shift engineers and shift technicians as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and tools.
