Job summary

Murata Electronics Singapore (PTE) LTD, based in Yishun, is seeking a Process Engineer to contribute to engineering activities aligned with strategic objectives. You will work closely with Production, Machine Engineering and Product Planning teams in Singapore and collaborate with our HQ in Japan.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in cleanroom environments.
• Strong analytical skills with effective interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish, plan, prioritize and execute Engineering activities with strategic objectives and project timelines.
• Propose, plan & implement quality preventive/improvement measures to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Facilitate coordination and negotiation for effective execution of engineering initiatives across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor process control and performance to ensure consistent operational standards and compliance.
