Lumilens is seeking an experienced Active Alignment Process Engineer to join our photonics team. You will lead optical active alignment, manage equipment control, and drive alignment algorithms to improve transceiver production yield and quality.
You will work with R&D, manufacturing, and engineering teams to implement robust processes, qualify equipment, and ensure efficient epoxy dispensing and curing workflows.

We are seeking an experienced Active Alignment Process Engineer to join our high-performance team developing the photonics solutions powering next-generation AI infrastructure. You will be responsible for optical active alignment processes, assembly yield, equipment controls, and alignment algorithms critical for transceiver manufacturing. You will also handle equipment buyoff and qualification, as well as epoxy dispensing and curing processes.
