Job summary

Qualifications

• Private equity and real estate fund knowledge.
• Accounting degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of fund accounting experience.
• Experience managing/coaching staff.
• Experience reviewing and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Review all capital activity of the funds
• Review Limited Partner and General Partners/Shareholder Allocation, and calculations/schedules
• Review financial statements and partner capital statements
• Review investor onboarding documents to ensure AML/KYC compliance
