Job summary

CO_AFSSN Apex Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to review fund constitutional documents and provide accounting services for funds, including NAV calculations and investor services.

You will review capital activity, allocations, and asset statements, audit financials, and ensure AML/KYC compliance while mentoring team members for quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's level degree in accounting.
• More than 5 years of private equity or real estate fund accounting work experience.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.
• Previous experience managing or coaching staff.

Responsibilities

Account Manager – Private Equity (Singapore)

As an Account Manager, you will review fund constitutional documents from an operational perspective, provide accounting services for the funds, calculate net asset value and deliver investor services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review all capital activity of the funds.
• Review Limited Partner and General Partner/Shareholder Allocation, and related calculations/schedules.
• Audit financial statements and partner capital statements.
• Examine investor onboarding documents to ensure AML/KYC compliance.
• Review the work of team members and provide feedback for improvement to guarantee timely delivery and quality of work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Real estate funds and environments along with prior fund accounting experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's level degree in accounting.
• More than 5 years of private equity or real estate fund accounting work experience.
• Previous experience managing or coaching staff.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.
