Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks a Private Banking technology Project Manager to lead delivery of complex initiatives from inception to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure governance and timely delivery in a fast-paced banking environment.

Experience with Temenos TAP and Wealthsuite modules is a plus, and you'll partner with business and tech stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technology projects and full project life cycles (SDLC).
• Experience with Temenos TAP platform.
• Skilled with MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Excellent at managing stakeholders, communicating, and working across teams.
• Experience with Temenos Wealthsuite modules (like TAP Core, OData) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology projects from start to finish, ensuring results match strategic goals and timelines.
• Serve as the main link for technical teams across all project stages.
• Create and manage clear project plans, schedules, and milestones using project management tools.
• Work with teams and stakeholders to ensure strong project governance, clear status updates, and active risk management.
• Spot and manage project risks and issues early to keep projects on track.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and manage resources to help teams perform their best.
• Lead meetings with business, operations, and technology teams for decisions and updates.
• Manage changes in project scope and quickly escalate issues to hit project goals.
• Always look for ways to improve project processes and teamwork.
