Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD seeks an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead and support private banking technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.

You will partner with platform stakeholders and cross-functional teams to govern projects, manage resources, and mitigate risks across the full SDLC, including Temenos TAP implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technology delivery management and end-to-end SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos TAP platform.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technology project delivery aligned with strategic goals and schedule commitments.
• Act as liaison for technical development teams throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps using project management software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and platform stakeholders to maintain high-quality project governance, status reporting, and risk management.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolutions to minimise impact on project outcomes.
• Facilitate resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking to optimise team productivity and standard adherence.
• Lead project governance, status updates, and decision-making meetings with key business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Oversee scope change management and facilitate timely escalations to keep project objectives on track.
• Drive continuous process improvements across project governance, delivery workflows, and stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview

Lead and support the delivery of Private Banking technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven track record in technology delivery management and end-to-end Project SDLC execution.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of the Temenos TAP platform.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with Temenos Wealthsuite modules (e.g., TAP Core, OData) is advantageous.
