Job summary

Perennialhr is partnering with a Global Private Bank to recruit an experienced Structured Product Specialist for its investment solutions team. You will design and deliver customized investment ideas across equity-linked, fixed income, and derivative-based strategies, while collaborating with front-office stakeholders to meet sophisticated client objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Private Banking Structured Products, strong derivatives knowledge, advanced Excel (VBA) skills,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience within Private Banking Structured Products team.
Strong understanding of derivatives, structured investments, fixed income solutions, and equity-linked products.
Exposure to FX products, treasury markets, or foreign exchange structuring.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA development and automation capabilities.
Familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial market analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for structured investment solutions, providing product guidance and technical support to relationship managers, advisors, and clients.
Design and deliver customized investment ideas across equity-linked, fixed income, and derivative-based strategies to meet varying client objectives and market conditions.
Work with sales, trading, and advisory teams to identify opportunities, execute transactions, and enhance client engagement.
Conduct product analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessments to support investment recommendations.
Drive the execution and post-trade management of structured transactions, ensuring a high level of client service throughout the investment lifecycle.
Support HNW clients, EAMs, and DAC on trade-related matters and product implementation.
Enhance internal efficiency through the development of pricing models, automation tools, and process improvements.
Participate in strategic projects and contribute to the ongoing development of the structured products platform.
