You will support the Platform Management team, drive initiatives, and produce MI for oversight in a fast-paced regulatory environment. The role requires 5+ years in Private Banking, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across Front to Back Office while embedding risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ relevant experience in Private Banking.
• Ability to drive issue resolution with minimal guidance and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured problem-solving approach with high attention to detail.
• Proactive and flexible mindset, capable of handling a broad range of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Banking Platform Management team and delivery of business initiatives.
• Produce MI for tracking and oversight; participate in governance forums.
• Assist with COO-led initiatives including process improvement and AI-related tasks.
• Support platform BAU activities including BCM and outsourcing management.
• Collaborate with Front, Middle, Back Office, SMEs, and risk stewards to resolve issues.
• Embed compliance and controls, ensure adherence to policies and identify risks.
• Represent Platform Management in working groups and forums.
