Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking to support the settlement of wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds and structured deposits. The role covers Corporate Actions, reconciliation, and client statements, with involvement in UAT and system training.

You will contribute to improving operational workflows, manage D&R for corporate banking, and handle vendor payments, staff claims, and SWIFT processing under guidance from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Handling the settlement of wealth management products including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products and deposits/structured deposits.
• Managing Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements.
• Trained to be a trainer for the new system and participate in system UAT.
• Suggesting practical improvements to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks.
• Processing Deposits and Remittances (D&R) including deposit accounts and remittances for Corporate Banking.
• Processing Accounts Payables including vendor payments and staff claims (non-Oracle).
• Managing the SWIFT Alliance system including processing SWIFT messages.
• Co-ordination with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Carrying out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Undertaking any ad hoc duties as required.

• Management of SWIFT Alliance system, including processing of SWIFT
• Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues
• Carries out other duties as and when assigned
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
