Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is recruiting a KYC Analyst for a 1-year contract in Singapore’s Private Banking sector. You will conduct periodic reviews, assess Source of Wealth and Funds, and perform risk assessments for high-net-worth clients.

Applicants should have 3–8 years of KYC/AML experience in Private Banking, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with MAS AML/CFT regulations. Salary ranges from S$6,000 to S$8,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accountancy, Law or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in KYC, CDD, EDD, Periodic Review, or AML Compliance in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with MAS AML/CFT regulations and KYC standards.
• Experience assessing Source of Wealth (SOW) and Sources of Funds (SOF).
• Knowledge of sanctions, PEP screening, adverse media reviews, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end periodic reviews for Private Banking clients per AML/CFT regulatory requirements.
• Review client profiles to keep information accurate and up to date.
• Assess and validate SOW/SOF with documentary evidence.
• Analyse client risk profiles and conduct risk assessments based on activities and jurisdictions.
• Identify gaps or risks and recommend remediation actions.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations to obtain documents.
• Review complex ownership structures including trusts and offshore entities.
• Conduct name screening, PEP, sanctions, and adverse media reviews.
• Ensure reviews are completed within SLAs and regulatory timelines.
• Escalate high-risk or unusual findings to Compliance.
