E.SUN Financial Holding Co., Ltd. is seeking a Private Banking Support role to assist PB RMs in delivering superior service to high net-worth clients in Singapore.

The position focuses on KYC, regulatory compliance, and efficient handling of daily banking tasks to uphold client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating account openings and maintenance, arranging meetings and travel, and acting as the client interface for instructions while ensuring timely execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in any discipline.
• Registered license representative under the CACS certification.
• Sales support experiences in private banking industry.
• Ability to collate KYC information and SOW corroboration.
• Good team player and ability to work closely with different departments of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Support PB RMs in delivering excellent service to high-net-worth clients to improve retention.
• Assist with account opening/maintenance/closure, transfers, KYC and monitoring to ensure compliance.
• Support PB RMs to manage client meetings and travel arrangements.
• Understand client requirements and assist in daily maintenance of relationships.
• Act as the client interface for instructions; monitor funds, receive forms and client instructions.
• Support client requests and ensure timely execution of instructions.
• Identify issues and escalate to Business Management promptly.
• Develop understanding of regulatory framework, data protection and cross-border rules.
• Back up PB ARMs on leave to maintain best-in-class service.

Job description

• Support PB RMs to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention, and be able to handle daily business-as-usual tasks.
• Understanding of all account opening, maintenance, closure, transfers, KYC and transaction monitoring requirements to support the PB RMs to ensure compliance. Liaise with clients on behalf of PB RMs to obtain relevant information in order for PB RMs to fulfil such requirements.
• Support the PB RMs to manage client meetings and travel arrangements.
• Understand client requirements and assist PB RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships.
• Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients' instructions, monitor funds for payment, receiving client’s instructions and signed forms.
• Support client’s requests and follow through client’s instructions to ensure timely execution of instructions.
• Ability to understand issues and appropriately elevate to Business Management team in a timely fashion.
• Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant.
• As a team player to back up other PB ARMs who are on leave to ensure PB provides best of class services.
