Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 year of experience in Private Banking Operations especially in the area of Internet Banking of Client Service role.
• Academic qualifications: Tertiary education with a good academic track record.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is essential with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Verify client digital services requests or maintenance with proper approvals.
• Capture client user details accurately in the system.
• Ensure iOCBC credentials are sent to clients timely and handle BAU queries.
• Escalate deviations to Standard Operations Procedure and support adhoc projects.
