Job summary

VENTURE Corporation is seeking a Principal System Analyst, IT (SAP System) based in Singapore. The role drives SAP strategy, governance, and architecture to support growth and regional rollouts.

You will lead cross-functional design and integration across SAP MM/PP and related modules while engaging senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. Regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP functional experience with end-to-end implementations and large-scale upgrades or migrations (3–5 years in a senior/principal role).
• Exposure to project management and change management methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise SAP projects and regional deployments.
• Manufacturing domain know-how is highly advantageous.
• Ability to lead change management and influence technology investment decisions.

As a Principal System Analyst, IT (SAP System), you will:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and champion SAP roadmap and system architecture to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
• Governance& Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and audit readiness across SAP platforms, aligned with corporate policies.
• Solution Design & Integration: Lead solution design and integration across SAP MM/PP and other modules, ensuring cohesive enterprise solutions that support scalability and compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into SAP solutions and influencing technology investment decisions.
• Project Oversight: Lead large-scale SAP projects and regional rollouts, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Innovation& Optimization: Drive SAP-enabled digital transformation by championing automation and emerging technologies to enhance agility and operational excellence.
• Mentorship& Knowledge Sharing: Coach and guide senior analysts and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks related to system changes, integration, and business continuity.
• SAP S4/HANA (RISE - Private Cloud).

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8years of SAP functional experience with proven track record in end-to-end SAP implementations (full lifecycle), large-scale upgrades or migration; and integration with other modules / projects. This includes at least 3-5 years in a senior or principal role.
• Exposure to project management methodologies and change management.
• Experience in leading enterprise-level SAP projects and regional deployments.
• Exposure to manufacturing industry processes is highly advantageous
• Expertise in SAP MM, procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and integration with logistics and/or expertise in SAP PP, manufacturing processes, capacity planning, shop floor control, and integration with MM and SD.
• Ability to lead change management and influence technology investment decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on business value.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally for project and stakeholder engagement.
