Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of SI/PI, packaging, PCB design, and high-speed system architecture experience.
• Expert in high-speed digital design with electromagnetic theory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define SI/PI strategy, standards, and engineering best practices across networking hardware.
• Lead SI/PI architecture for next-generation networking systems from concept to production.
• Guide high-speed interfaces and SerDes technology; tailor PCB stackups and routing for reliability.
• Lead cross-functional reviews; resolve complex SI/PI challenges across products and disciplines.
• Develop simulation methodologies and automation to improve design quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with ASIC, package, PCB, mechanical, and thermal teams to optimize performance.
• Mentor engineers across sites and drive technical leadership and innovation.
