Heartland Rehab Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal / Senior Physiotherapist to lead our multidisciplinary rehabilitation group across multiple Singapore locations. You will mentor junior clinicians, shape clinical standards, and contribute to service development while balancing hands-on practice with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in mentoring, supervision, or leadership roles is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Manage complex or high-value cases and provide clinical oversight when required.
• Mentor and support junior physiotherapists through supervision, case discussions, and in-service training.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and allied health professionals to optimise patient outcomes.

Heartland Rehab is seeking an experienced Principal / Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation group. This role is suited for a clinician who demonstrates strong clinical leadership, sound clinical reasoning, and a commitment to developing people, systems, and standards of care.

Role Overview

You will manage a complex caseload while playing a key role in mentoring junior clinicians, shaping clinical standards, and contributing to service development across the group. The position offers a balance of hand-on clinical work, leadership, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions
