Job summary

OKX in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager, Affiliate to lead and scale our Southeast Asia affiliate program. You will build networks, optimise campaigns, and collaborate with local influencers to drive user growth and platform trading activity.

You should have 3+ years in affiliate marketing or business development in SEA, strong analytics, and experience with GA and other reporting tools. The role offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in SEA.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Proficient in using analytics tools to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates
• Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
• Optimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
• Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development

About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates

What We Look For In You

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in SEA, within the Cryptocurrency space
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
