Job summary
SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) in Singapore is seeking a Principal Engineer to join the Integration team to lead the integration of module processes and derivatives.
You will drive CMOS fabrication technology transfer, ensure 100% tapeout success, and push process robustness through root-cause analysis and cross-functional improvements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in PI/Yield within semiconductor manufacturing, with strong device physics knowledge and SPC
Qualifications
- Degree / Masters in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Materials Engineering/Physics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of PI/Yield Engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of device physics, advanced semiconductor process and SPC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead 8D teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own integration of module processes and derivatives.
- Develop, transfer and maintain advanced CMOS fabrication tech with high yield.
- Drive root-cause analysis and improvement actions to meet WAT/Cpk targets.
- Collaborate with product engineering to address yield and sensitivity issues.
