Context

Banking and Financial Services is a key strategic vertical for Infosys Consulting. This role is primarily focused onassistingmajor clients deliver value to their customers within the context of their new operating model and transformation goals.

Role summary

• Lead complex engagements;collaborateswith others toidentify, sell and deliver consulting projects dealing with strategies and plans for strategic transformation.
• Develop diagnostics, strategies, roadmapsand business cases for large scale transformations
• Build andmaintainstrong client relationships, network extensively with industry experts and forums and contribute to the firm building through recruitment, mentoring,trainingand Intellectual Property generation (issuing POV’s, Whitepapers etc.)

Measures of success

• Lead consulting engagements; realizing benefits and meeting agreed time, budgetary and quality measures.
• Deep Insurance industry experience and domain knowledge
• Experience in deliveringtransformationacrossInsurancevalue chain. Fore.g., distribution, underwriting and claims management
• Achievement of revenue contribution andutilizationtargets.
• Practice andcapability development.
• Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders (i.e.Director, GM) and be recognized as an Industry Thought Leader; ability to build trust to help customersdetermineand deliver against their strategic priorities.
