Job summary

The National University Health System is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to support medical devices and systems. You will manage service and maintenance, prepare RFP/ITQ specifications, and oversee commissioning of new equipment.

Key duties include planning commissioning, preventive maintenance and calibration programs, developing protocols, coordinating with external contractors, and evaluating end-user equipment for condemnation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or relevant Engineering with 10+ years' service and maintenance experience in medical equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

The Opportunity

The incumbent provides engineering support by managing all services, preparing specifications for Request For Proposals/Invitation To Quote (RFP/ITQ), RFP/ITQ evaluation and commissioning of new medical equipment, breakdown and preventive maintenance, and de-commissioning of medical equipment, managing teams and building the competency of staff.
