Job summary

Mason Advisory in Singapore is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead complex technology and digital transformation engagements. You will partner with senior client stakeholders and drive successful outcomes while contributing to the growth of Mason Advisory’s Singapore practice.

Appointed leader, you will guide strategy, design operating models, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable impact and strengthen client relationships for ongoing business development.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, data, AI, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from strategy development to successful delivery for complex business and technology transformations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to influence and guide strategic decisions.
• Provide strategic advice on technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, data, and AI initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact client outcomes and ensure engagement success.
• Support business development by preparing proposals and delivering compelling client presentations.
• Coach and mentor consultants to enhance their skills and support their professional development.
• Contribute to thought leadership and innovation, and help evolve Mason Advisory’s service offerings.
