Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate pain points into AI-ready problem statements, success metrics, and user stories.
• Lead scoping of AI POCs/MVPs from framing to pilot recommendations.
• Collaborate with tech teams, vendors, and users to design AI-enabled workflows.
• Coordinate UAT, test scripts, and evaluation rubrics for pilots.
• Assess POC results and decide scaling, refinement, or discontinuation.
• Prepare business cases, process maps, and stakeholder updates.
• Support responsible AI adoption with human oversight and data governance.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and change management material for AI workflows.
• Stay updated on AI tools and media industry use cases and translate into practical recommendations for Mediacorp.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and workflow mapping with business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business pain points into AI-ready problem statements, hypotheses, success metrics, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the scoping and coordination of AI POCs and MVPs, from opportunity framing to prototype validation and pilot recommendation.
• Partner with technical teams, vendors, and business users to design AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
• Coordinate UAT, pilot feedback, test scripts, evaluation rubrics, and validation reports.
• Analyze results from POCs/MVPs and recommend whether solutions should be scaled, refined, paused, or discontinued.
• Prepare business cases, PRDs, process maps, delivery plans, risk logs, decision papers, and stakeholder updates.
• Support responsible AI adoption by ensuring appropriate human oversight, data handling, disclosure, quality checks, and policy compliance.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, training materials, and change management support for AI-enabled workflows.
• Stay updated on AI tools, media industry use cases, and emerging best practices, and translate these into practical recommendations for Mediacorp.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, digital transformation, AI/data projects, consulting, or technology-enabled process improvement.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience supporting POCs, MVPs, pilots, UAT, Agile delivery, or product development.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate them into clear solution requirements and testable success criteria.
• Good understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, chatbots, analytics, or enterprise AI tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI and technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working across business, product, engineering, data, vendor, governance, and leadership teams.
• Experience in media, broadcast, digital content, newsroom operations, creative production, marketing, advertising, or commercial workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and other commonly used AI tools, as well as AI prototyping tools, prompt engineering, low-code automation, dashboards, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, RFP support, solution comparisons, or technology procurement.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, data privacy, human-in-the-loop review, AI output evaluation, and change management.
