Job summary

Lightworks seeks Principal Consultants to lead enterprise-scale technology programs in regulated industries, delivering complex AI and modernization initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, shape delivery roadmaps, and guide multi-disciplinary teams.

You will operate across ACP and CTOaaS engagements, embedding with client leadership and ensuring governance, risk, and value delivery while expanding Lightworks’ commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of delivery experience in senior technology leadership roles, 3+ inside a regulated institution.
• Evidence of owning outcomes at scale: budgets, roadmaps, and executive alignment.
• Experience in business development, scope expansion, or client advisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology, AI, modernization, and platform programs inside regulated enterprises.
• Translate board and executive priorities into structured programs, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and drive delivery capability growth.
