UBS is seeking a Junior Prime Financing Relationship Manager in Singapore to support senior relationship managers, progressively handling a defined portfolio of institutional clients including hedge funds and asset managers. You will gain exposure to Prime Brokerage, Financing and the Global Markets franchise, while building client reviews, profitability analysis and onboarding processes.

• Typically 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in investment banking or prime brokerage.
• Foundational knowledge of Prime Brokerage or Financing.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data on revenue and risk.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple workstreams.
• Sound risk awareness and disciplined controls.
• Curious, collaborative, commercially minded with client focus.
• Self-starting and resilient, able to work under pressure.
• Interest in AI to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day coverage of Prime Financing clients under senior oversight.
• Develop understanding of each client’s strategy, portfolio and financing requirements.
• Coordinate client requests across Sales, Trading, Risk, Operations, Technology, Product Development, Transition Management and ICCS.
• Assist with client growth initiatives, including new fund launches and market expansion.
• Prepare client reviews, revenue and profitability analysis and action trackers.
• Monitor profitability, resource usage and service performance.
• Maintain risk discipline by identifying issues and escalating.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle events from scoping to go-live.
• Contribute to product/process improvements by gathering feedback.
• Build market and regulatory knowledge through learning and collaboration.
