Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a project scheduler to develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. You will prepare baseline and look-ahead schedules and deliver regular progress updates to keep projects on track.

You will track critical activities, procurement and construction progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and propose recovery plans. Collaboration with project teams and subcontractors is essential to verify progress and align with

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls.
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project planning methodologies, critical path analysis and schedule performance.
• Experience in engineering, construction, CSA, MEP or similar environments.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with progress reporting and schedule analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules and regular progress updates.
• Track critical activities, engineering deliverables, procurement and construction progress.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to obtain and verify progress updates.
• Identify schedule risks, delays and bottlenecks; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Review subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with the overall timeline.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, milestone trackers and schedule updates.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedule performance and risks.
