Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler/Planner with 3-5 years' experience to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. The role requires evaluating progress, managing critical paths, and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, project management or related.
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, with baseline and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline, track milestones, dependencies and critical path activities.
• Identify delays and conduct recovery planning with mitigation measures to bring activities back on track.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and prepare weekly/monthly progress and schedule performance reports.
