Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking passionate individuals to join its student care arm, supporting primary school students in both academic and personal development.

The role involves supervising P1–P6 students, providing homework support, planning activities, and communicating progress to parents. Working hours are Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, with locations in Sengkang, Bukit Batok, or Toa Payoh. Salary SGD 2,500–3,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (tuition / enrichment / student care) is an advantage.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide primary school students (P1–P6) in their daily routine.
• Provide homework support and ensure completion of assigned work
• Plan and conduct engaging enrichment or developmental activities
• Monitor students’ progress and behaviour, ensuring a safe and positive environment
• Communicate with parents on students’ progress when required
• Support centre operations and administrative duties
