Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) is seeking a responsible and caring Student Care Teacher to supervise primary school students in a structured, safe environment, provide homework guidance, and support classroom management. You will supervise daily activities, assist with homework, ensure safety, communicate with parents, and help with holiday programmes and centre operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood / Education / Childcare preferred.
• Candidates with student care or childcare experience welcome.
• Patient, responsible, and able to manage children.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students’ daily activities including arrival, dismissal, meals, and playtime.
• Provide homework supervision and academic support.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Manage student behavior using positive classroom management techniques.
• Conduct school pick-ups from nearby primary schools.
• Plan and carry out simple activities and holiday programmes.
• Maintain basic records of attendance and student progress.
• Communicate with parents on students’ progress and behavior.
• Support daily centre operations and administrative duties.
