Job summary

PlayFACTO @ Pioneer PTE. LTD. is seeking a Student Care Teacher to support primary students with homework, guided learning and enrichment activities in a warm, nurturing environment.

You will lead sessions across English, Maths, Chinese and Science, provide emotional support, and maintain strong parent updates on progress and milestones. Immediate positions available for passionate educators who love working with children.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant experience with primary school students.
• Ability to guide Primary 1–6 in English, Mathematics, Chinese and Science.
• Strong work ethic and integrity; positive solution-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Primary 1 to 6 students in completing daily homework and spelling tasks.
• Conduct engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, Chinese and Science based on enrichment programmes.
• Provide emotional support and help students develop confidence and social-emotional skills.
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide updates on academic progress and milestones.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all students.
• Handle administrative duties such as newsletters, progress tracking, and collecting fees/forms.
• Support centre activities and other duties assigned by the Centre Director.
