Job summary

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks dedicated Student Care Teachers to support primary school students with daily routines, homework, and development. The role is based at our Jurong centre, with working hours from 11am to 7pm.

You will assist with homework, communicate with parents and school staff, and help run programmes while contributing ideas to improve the student care programme. Fresh talents are welcome; patient and responsible candidates who can guide students independently are

Qualifications

• Familiar with Primary 3 and Primary 4 syllabus; familiarity with upper-primary syllabus is a plus.
• Proficient in at least two academic subjects, with one being a Mother Tongue Language.
• Able to guide students in their schoolwork independently.
• Patient, responsible, and comfortable working with primary school children.
• Able to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administrators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students under your care.
• Assist students with their homework and provide academic guidance when required.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school administrators.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the centre through basic housekeeping.
• Support the centre's daily operations, activities, and programmes.
• Contribute ideas towards the continuous improvement of the student care programme.
