Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing's client in Singapore is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor equipment maintenance in an East location on a 12-month renewable contract. You will perform basic troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure safety and documentation.

The role requires a Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics, and experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fabrication environments; familiarity with

Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fabrication environments.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum or automation systems.
• Cleanroom experience will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: Normal Day/Night/Shift

Our client specializes in the wholesale of industrial machinery and equipment, as well as the manufacturing and repair of semiconductor foundry equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic troubleshooting and debugging of semiconductor equipment and tool-related issues.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist in identifying root causes of equipment issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineers when required.
