Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific Singapore Pursuit Management is seeking a highly creative Designer to support client-facing marketing initiatives. You will develop compelling presentations, stay ahead of design trends, and push the boundaries with PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.

The role requires 3–5 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to translate briefs into polished outputs independently while collaborating closely with business teams across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design/visual communications or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of design experience from relevant industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and style.
• Ability to work from ambiguous briefs and deliver polished output independently.
• Strong visual storytelling ability.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing deliverables for print and digital formats.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and techniques.
• Push aesthetics while leveraging PowerPoint, Adobe CC, and other tools.
• Collaborate with the business to conceptualize key messages from brief to execution.
• Integrate photography, video, and new digital technologies into marketing efforts.
• Inspire others and share ideas across CBRE’s design community in Asia Pacific.
• Liaise with and manage vendors as required.
• Handle other visual content creation projects as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Develop visually compelling presentations, proposals, and other marketing deliverables with strong, cohesive storytelling themes and structures for both print and digital formats
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and techniques
• Achieve excellence in your approach to aesthetics and push the boundaries of what we can achieve using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools
• Collaborate closely with the business to conceptualize key messages from brief to execution
• Integrate Photography, Video, and new digital technologies into our business development and marketing efforts
• Inspire others in the business and regularly share ideas with CBRE’s wider design community across Asia Pacific
• Liaise with and manage vendors as required
• Other visual content creation projects as assigned

What You’ll Need

• A degree in graphic design/visual communications or a related field, as well as a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the candidate's design skills and style
• Minimum 3-5 years of design experience from relevant industry
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative, thoughtful design across a variety of projects
• Proven ability to work from ambiguous or high-level briefs and deliver polished output independently, without requiring extensive creative direction
• Strong visual storytelling ability
• Microsoft Office and preferably a PowerPoint "super user"
• Adobe Creative Cloud expert
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-first mindset
• Proactive and resourceful - able to anticipate needs, flag risks early, and take ownership of deliverables end to end
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to build effective working relationships across business lines including brokers and client-facing teams
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
