Requirements & Qualifications

• L1 Position: Relevant early childhood qualification recognised by ECDA for the intended role and age group.
• L2 Position: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or an ECDA-recognised equivalent qualification.
• Must meet ECDA's relevant certification requirements for the position.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
