DNC (EDUCATION) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a passionate Preschool Language Teacher to join our Kinex Mall centre. You will plan, deliver, and nurture language-focused learning experiences for early learners in a supportive team.

Reporting to the Principal, the role covers teaching, program development, and active parental engagement, with emphasis on safety, classroom management, and fostering a love of learning. Diploma in E.C.C.E and ECDA L1/L2 are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education required.
• ECDA L1/L2 certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with policies, guidelines, framework, and Centre Philosophy.
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.
• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes self-directed learning.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and routine care to ensure safety and hygiene of children.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.

Job Overview:

This position reports to the Principal on teaching and administration matters. It is a dedicated internal and external client service role, encompassing teaching, program development, and parental engagement in collaboration with all team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework, and Centre Philosophy.
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.
• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Certified by ECDA at L1/L2 category
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team
