Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• ECDA-recognised Early Childhood Education qualification.
• Experience with children aged 18 months to 3 years in a preschool.

• Montessori qualification or formal Montessori training preferred.
• Strong observation skills and ability to document learning, development and progress.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and teaching philosophy.
• Maintain children’s observation records and progress reports.
• Prepare children’s portfolios for PTC sessions according to the school’s schedules.
• Establish and maintain good communications with parents.
• Be responsible for children’s general well-being in social, safety and hygiene areas.
• Work closely with parents, colleagues, and management to maintain high childcare standards.

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Relevant professional qualification in Early Childhood Education recognised by ECDA
• Prior teaching experience with children aged 18 months to 3 years in a preschool setting
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to working with children
• Strong interest in and commitment to Montessori education and its principles
• Montessori qualification or formal Montessori training is highly preferred
• Strong observation skills and the ability to document children’s learning, development, and progress professionally
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with parents
