Job summary

Superland Pre-School is seeking an experienced School Operations Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and guide teaching teams.

You will mentor staff, shape curriculum implementation, manage enrolment and budgets, coordinate parental communications, and ensure licensing compliance at our Singapore campus.

This leadership role requires strong collaboration, outstanding communication, and a deep commitment to early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching and Leadership) is required.
• Preferably 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
