Job summary

Mokara Gymnastics Academy in Singapore is seeking a warm, organised Pre-school Manager to lead the growth and quality of our pre-school and early-childhood movement programme. This leadership role focuses on learning through movement and play and building a strong teaching team.

You will shape structure, plan lessons, run camps and events, and develop training materials for staff, with clear progression pathways to support teachers across age groups.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognised degree in early-childhood or primary education.
• Proven experience in preschool/early-childhood settings with strong knowledge of development.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen structure, consistency, and quality of the pre-school programme.
• Create, refine and implement lesson plans across age groups and levels.
• Maintain clear standards for class objectives, progressions and teaching quality.
• Organise pre-school camps, holiday programmes, events and showcases.
• Ensure events are well-structured, staffed and engaging with clear parent communication.
• Support planning for camps/events: scheduling, staffing and logistics.
• Lead classroom training for new teaching staff in movement-based preschool settings.
• Create and maintain training materials for onboarding experienced staff.
• Provide ongoing staff development for progression to higher levels or new age groups.
• Foster a culture of professional growth and strong classroom management.
