Job summary

Mokara Sports Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warm, organised Pre-school Manager to lead the growth and quality of our pre-school and early-childhood movement programme. This leadership role focuses on learning through movement and play, with an emphasis on staff development and parent communication.

You will shape the structure and quality of the programme, overseen by programme leadership, including camps, lesson planning, and training the teaching team to ensure high standards across age groups.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education.
• Proven experience in preschool/early-childhood settings.
• Background in movement, dance, performing arts or sports.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• CPR / First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen structure, consistency and quality of the pre-school programme.
• Create, refine and implement lesson plans across ages and levels.
• Develop teaching team through classroom-based training and progression pathways.
• Lead camps, holidays, special events and family engagement.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new teachers.
