Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is looking for a Presales Analytics Lead to join their NEXT Data team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions, along with strong presales experience managing deals above SGD1 million.

You will coach a team of Data & AI engineers, lead analytics workstreams, and create insightful narratives for clients. Strong experience in Python, MLOps, and BI tools like Qlik or Tableau is required.

This role offers a significant opportunity to impact how clients leverage AI and analytics for business success.

Qualifications

8+ years of end-to-end project implementation experience in delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions.
Presales experience developing proposals and closing deals above SGD1 million.
Extensive experience in managing scope and risks in the SDLC of delivery applications.

Responsibilities

Coaching and growing a team of Data & AI engineers.
Developing and promoting best practices in analysis and ML engineering techniques.
Creating insights-rich narratives for clients, including C-suite executives.
