Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a frontline retail role at our Singapore outlet. You will assist customers with prepaid services, promote plans and promotions, and encourage app usage while delivering friendly service at the counter.

Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, and you should be comfortable standing for long periods. This is a dynamic role with opportunities to support campaigns and store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, customer service or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to provide friendly service.
• Able to work for long hours and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries regarding prepaid services, plans and promotions.
• Introduce and promote prepaid products and services to customers.
• Encourage customers to download and use the relevant mobile app.
• Provide basic guidance to customers on app usage and features.
• Attend to customers at the retail counter and provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist with basic retail operations and ensure the counter/display area is well maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide information or elevate issues as needed.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns at the retail outlet.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
