Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a restaurant service role at Jurong West. You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams, learn the menu, answer questions, and deliver attentive, consistent service to guests.

Working hours are 10am-9:30pm or 11am-10:30pm, 5 days per week (Tuesday to Saturday). Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 plus overtime, reflecting experience in premium dining and commitment to safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• With relevant experience in restaurant service or hospitality.
• Experience in a restaurant or premium dining environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and restaurant teams to support smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Develop a good understanding of the menu, including seasonal items and special offerings.
• Assist customers with menu-related questions and provide accurate information when required.
• Provide professional, attentive and consistent service to all guests.
• Attend to customer feedback, requests and concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Carry out duties according to the instructions and service standards set by the management team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic dining environment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene and sanitation requirements.
