Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a high-touch HNW Relationship Manager for CardUp in Singapore. You will own the full lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing relationship management, delivering premium service to high-net-worth clients who transact at scale.

You will leverage an established network, price renewals, ensure KYC/compliance, and drive new client acquisition, upsell opportunities, and retention to meet aggressive growth targets.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, financial advisory, or HNW client relationship management.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with measurable business outcomes.
• Prior fintech, payments, or investment product experience is a strong advantage.
• Established network among HNW individuals or family offices in Singapore is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with compliance, KYC/AML processes, and regulatory environment in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• White-glove management of CardUp HNW users and dedicated relationship owner for premium clients.
• Price new requests and renewals within the pricing framework while balancing client satisfaction with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for HNW accounts from setup to go-live.
• Facilitate compliance and KYC approvals with internal teams for a seamless experience.
• Grow volume by acquiring new HNW users, upselling payment types, and winning back lapsed clients.
